Attractions - Historic Homes and Buildings

Independence Hall was the birthplace of our nation. This historic site was originally built as the Pennsylvania State House, and it is where the Declaration of Independence was first adopted, and where the U.S. Constitution was written.

This attraction is on the Philly Phlash route!

The Philly Phlash is a quick, inexpensive, and easy trolley to key destinations throughout Center City. For $2 per ride (or free with select SEPTA passes), hop on and off popular stops for easy and convenient transportation to the city's most popular sites. More information >>>
