U.S. Soccer will host the SheBelieves Cup for the second year in a row as four of the world’s top five women’s national teams meet in three doubleheaders from March 1-7 at three venues in the northeast. Germany, France and England will once again join the USA in the most elite four-team women’s international tournament of the year. The USA is currently ranked first in the world, defending Olympic champion Germany is second, France is third and England is fifth. The match days will begin Wednesday, March 1, at Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, Pa., when England opens against France at 4 p.m., followed by the USA against Germany at 7 p.m. (also broadcast on FS1).
In Fairmount Park, as many as four U.S. men and four U.S. women will qualify for the 2017 Pan American 20K Race Walking Cup and as many as three U.S. U-20 (junior) men and three U.S. U-20 women will qualify for the Pan American 10K U-20 Race Walking Cup in Lima, Peru. The NFL Draft is coming back home! The 82nd NFL Draft will be held April 27-29 along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, including a massive, free outdoor fan festival for all to enjoy.
Selections for Round 1 will take place Thursday, April 27; Rounds 2-3 will be Friday, April 28; and the Draft will conclude on Saturday, April 29, with Rounds 4-7.

April 2017 marks the 123rd annual Penn Relays — the oldest, largest and most celebrated track and field competition in the United States. Men and women from the high school, college and professional track ranks will participate in 35 hours of competition from April 27-29, representing more than 60 countries from around the world in more than 425 races.
The Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship (CRC) will return to Talen Energy Stadium for the 6th consecutive year. In 2016, Talen Energy Stadium welcomed more than 27,000 fans to watch the University of California men’s team take home their 4th consecutive title and Life University take home the women’s crown.
Played every two years, the CONCACAF Gold Cup soccer tournament matches up the best players from 12 North and Central American nations. The 2017 tournament will take place at venues across the United States from July 7-26. Lincoln Financial Field will host the critical Gold Cup quarterfinal doubleheader matchup on July 19.
Army-Navy Cup soccer will be returning to Talen Energy Stadium for the sixth consecutive year. In just a few short years, this match has become one of the highest attended collegiate soccer matches in the nation. In 2016, 10,092 fans attended the match to see Army’s 1-0 victory, the largest crowd in college soccer for the entire season.
