Northeast Qualifier (NEQ), Volleyball
April 12-20, 2014
The newly expanded Pennsylvania Convention Center will host the 2014 ASICS NEQ. The North East Qualifier is highly competitive National Championship Qualifier tournament, which currently hosts 860 teams, 8,600 participants, and 34,000 spectators. The best indoor junior female volleyball athletes, their coaches, college coaches, and their friends and families travel from around the country to be a part of this.

NCAA Frozen Four
April 10-12, 2014
For all you die hard hockey fans, Philadelphia will be hosting the 2014 Frozen Four college hockey championship at the Wells Fargo Center. "The Frozen Four is one of the premier national championships and a showcase of hockey's top collegiate student athletes," said Comcast-Spectacor President Peter Luukko. Hockey fans from all over the region are able to show their passion and support at this awarding event as well as be a part of young ice hockey players in action. www.ncaa.com/FrozenFour

ACC Men’s Lacrosse Championship
April 25-27
The ACC Men’s Lacrosse Championship is coming to PPL Park this April, for the first of two years. This year’s event marks the fourth time in the 26-year history of the tournament that the championship has been held at a neutral site. Arguably the most competitive conference in lacrosse, six teams will competing in the ACC next year have combined 23 national championships and 45 appearances title appearances in the 42-year history of the NCAA Championship.

Sports & Education Expo
May 31st - June 1st 2014
An expo that combines the passion for youth sports with the importance of higher education and the commitment to health and wellness will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. For more details, visit SportsEducationExpo.com

Greece vs. Nigeria, Soccer
June 3, 2014
PPL Park will once again bring the “world’s game” to the Chester waterfront this summer, hosting Greece and Nigeria in an international exhibition match on June 3. The match is part of a 10 day, seven game tour, entitled, Road to Brazil, and is organized by Soccer United Marketing, MLS’ commercial arm.

Collegiate Rugby Championship (CRC)
June 7-8, 2014
The Collegiate Rugby Championship (CRC) will be returning to PPL Park in 2014. The nation’s best collegiate squads will battle it out for supremacy in one of the world’s fastest growing rugby events. www.usasevenscrc.com

NHL Entry Draft
June 28-29, 2014
The Philadelphia Flyers will host the 2014 NHL Entry Draft at the Wells Fargo Center. It will be the first draft to be held in Philadelphia. Most recently, the Flyers organization has hosted major successful NHL events including the 2010 NHL Stanley Cup Final and the 2012 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic, which drew record crowds to the NHL event. www.nhl.com

Bass Masters Elite Series
August 7-10, 2014
The Bass Masters Elite Series will be along the Delaware River and Penn’s landing for the first time.

National Veterans Wheelchair Games
August 12-17
The National Veterans Wheelchair Games (NVWG) is a sports and rehabilitation program for military service veterans who use wheelchairs for sports competition due to spinal cord injuries, amputations or certain neurological problems. Attracting more than 600 athletes each year, the NVWG is the largest annual wheelchair sports event in the world. Events will take place at the Pennsylvania Convention center and through out the city. www.wheelchairgames.va.gov

U.S. Open Squash Championships
Drexel University will host the 2014 U.S. Open Squash Championships, the most prestigious squash tournament in the country at the newly renovated Daskalakis Athletic Center in downtown Philadelphia. www.usopensquash.com
