The American Liver Foundation (ALF) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of liver disease. Founded in 1976, it’s the nation’s largest patient advocacy organization for people affected by liver disease. ALF works to achieve its mission through education, advocacy, support services, and research.
