Ancient Spirits and Grille is the first herbal lounge in the United States, with the goal of serving holistic food to promote wellness. Their menu takes inspiration from Ayurvedic cuisine traditions, which originated in India over 5,000 years ago. When guests arrive, they can take a digital survey, and the restaurant will build a customized menu based on their physical, mental, and emotional characteristics.

Planners can rent private dining rooms or the entire restaurant for groups of up to 150. In addition to full-service sit-down dinners, Ancient Spirits and Grille’s rooms can also function as meeting spaces, offering full audio-visual capabilities. All rooms exude a classic juxtaposition of contemporary and traditional design grounded in Indian aesthetics.

Penn Museum
