Venue Spotlight: Citizens Bank Park
December 10, 2019
The home of the Philadelphia Phillies is located in the heart of the Philadelphia Sports Complex.
Citizens Bank Park, or “the Bank,” the ballpark’s affectionate nickname, is an innovative venue with great sightlines and high-tech amenities, along with being a throwback to the ballparks of yesteryear with its stylish red-brick design. The stadium seats 42,792 fans and there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

The Bank resembles a baseball cathedral when the Phillies are in town, but it has also grown a stunning reputation as a great place to host private events and parties. For a unique experience, event organizers suggest booking the Hall of Fame Club. The luxe venue provides a direct view of the baseball diamond — a magical field covered in lush Kentucky bluegrass — and customizable food menus backed by top-level culinary talent.

The Yard, located in right field in Ashburn Alley, can furnish a more interactive experience as corporate groups often book it to host their own wiffleball tournaments on a miniature replica field as well as company tailgates.

In addition, Citizens Bank Park can provide all-access tours for baseball aficionados by offering one-of-a-kind tours of the stadium and clubhouse, including the opportunity to hit in the Phillies batting cages, a speech from a former Phillie and get a special greeting from the most famous mascot in sports: the Phillie Phanatic. You can even sit right where Joe Girardi delivers his post-game press conference.
