American Swedish Historical Museum

Description

A place where people of all nationalities who enjoy Swedish culture come together. Our galleries tell the story of the Delaware ValleyÆs New Sweden Colony (1638-1655), as well as highlight contributions of Swedes and Swedish Americans in history, art and science. Special exhibitions feature contemporary artists, history and Swedish culture. Visit the American Swedish Historical Museum at 1900 Pattison Avenue in Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park in South Philadelphia.
