Whether you're planning a business meeting, conference with breakout rooms, wedding, retirement party, or networking reception, we can accommodate your needs with unique event spaces and delicious food provided by our exclusive caterer, Brulee Catering. Spaces include:

Parkway Central Library's main lobby showcases the unique Beaux Arts architecture and can be used for a variety of events after hours.

The indoor Skyline Room and adjacent outdoor Terrace offer sweeping views of the city skyline--an ideal site for weddings, receptions, meetings, and parties.

The Montgomery Auditorium, home to our award-winning Author Events Series, offers nearly 400 seats with a stage, backstage green room, and a full sound system.

The commercial grade kitchen in the Culinary Literacy Center serves as both a classroom and dining space in a wonderfully unique setting.

The u-shaped 2nd floor landing atop the library's grand marble staircase has a classic library feel with a domed skylight ceiling--the perfect cocktail party setting.

Room 108 is a flexible meeting space with a high ceiling and audio/visual capabilities.

Conference rooms 405, 406, and 407 can be rented individually or together and combined to form a larger meeting space.

Our gala and reception spaces can accommodate up to 250 guests. Our conference rooms can accommodate seated meetings up to 180, and 250 theater-style.
