Founded in 1963, the Pennsylvania Ballet is widely regarded as one of the nationÆs leading ballet companies. The artistic staff and dance studios are housed in the Sherman Mills development in the East Falls section of Philadelphia, with the administrative staff offices in Center City. The company performs six productions each season that include classic favorites and new works, as well as the Philadelphia holiday tradition, George Balanchine's The Nutcracker.
