Centrally located in Mid-America, Audio Visual Production Solutions has been in business for over 20 years supplying the meeting services industry with Audio/Visual equipment, IT equipment and other event related technology. We have a dedicated support staff of 10 full time technicians and 5 part time technicians along with an established nation wide network to draw from ensuring you have the expertise and support where you need it, when you need it.
From the very beginning one of our experienced sales staff becomes your point of contact to answer any questions, assess your needs and work with you every step of the way to ensure your event is a success. You won’t be shuffled around from person to person because we believe in building relationships rather than just “getting your business.”
Once AVPS is awarded a contract one of our dedicated technicians is assigned to be the “Lead” for the event becoming an integral part of the team making your event a success. Once your lead technician arrives on-site, he is there for you to go over any last minute details, handle any changes that need to be made and to work with your presenters making sure every need is met.
