YOWIE is a hotel and shop focused on curating small collections from friends, independent artists, and designers. Our storefront and cafe are located at 226 South Street in Queen Village, Philadelphia and founded by Shannon Maldonado.

Our boutique hotel, shop and cafe sit on a sunny corner on Philadelphia’s iconic South Street, a stone’s throw from Independence Mall and many other eclectic neighborhoods to explore.

YOWIE offers a thoughtfully-curated guest experience merging work from heritage and emerging designers and makers from near and far. Each room offers a unique experience and ways to bring a piece of YOWIE home with you after your stay.
