Applies to events that occur in 2017/2018, and through February 28, 2019, only.
Applies to new business only. (An Event that is currently holding tentative/definite space at a PHLCVB Member hotel or the Pennsylvania Convention Center does not qualify.)
New sales leads must come through the PHLCVB Sales Team or via meetPHL.com, Cvent or StarCite.
Applies to events that utilize one or more hotels in Philadelphia, with a minimum of 10 or more guest room nights, only.
Cash incentives will be paid no later than 30 days after the event has actualized and final room nights have been verified by the hotel(s).
Cash incentives can be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau or the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
A maximum cash incentive rebate of $10,000 applies for each event.
2018 Special Cash Incentives cannot be combined with other offers.
