Defined here as the area between the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers, South Street and due south, this sprawling section of the city can be further broken down into separate, smaller neighborhoods that include Bella Vista, Point Breeze, Passyunk Square, Grays Ferry and Lower Moyamensing. Visitors can reach South Philadelphia by riding SEPTA’s Broad Street Line, by hailing a cab or ride share, or simply by walking or biking from one of Philadelphia’s other not-so-distant neighborhoods.
