Avenue of the Arts, Inc. (AAI) is the catalyst for the cultural and economic development of the Avenue of the Arts District. AAI works to maintain and expand the strong image of the Avenue of the Arts as Philadelphia’s premier cultural and entertainment district, as well as coordinate the revitalization of its northern corridor.
