DePhillips, President and Owner of Five Star Staffing, previously
worked in the hospitality and food service industry for more than
fourteen years and has worked in the staffing industry for ten
years. Mr. DePhillips previously worked in the Banquet and Food and
Beverage Departments of some of the most prestigious hotels in the
Philadelphia area including: the Ritz Carlton, and the Four Seasons
hotels. Mr. DePhillips also managed events for a Philadelphia based
catering company with exclusive rights to the University of
Pennsylvania Museum and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. For
the past ten years he has been President of Five Star Staffing.
Based upon these experiences, Mr. DePhillips began Five Star
Staffing. His goal was to provide personal, consistent, quality
service to his customers that far exceeded the industry standard.
Mr. DePhillips screens all employees before they are hired so that
they meet the level of service to which he is accustomed.
