Total capacity for a cocktail style party is 2200 and by tenting the large parking lots you could do an event for up to 6000. The Factory has a great in-house set up of staging, lights and sound which are packaged into facility rent ... al pricing at a cost far below what it would be to rent anything close to the quality and capabilities that you get here.
