Previously serving for 14 years as the Executive Chef of Tequilas
in Center City, owner Carlos Molina hails from Panuco, Veracruz,
Mexico. His wife, co-owner Michelle Zimmerman, is a native born and

Drexel film graduate, and a lover of Mexican cinema. They’ve each
worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. Featuring a
combination of authentic Veracruzano dishes, Mexican street-food
favorites, and craft margaritas, they have created a dining
experience that combines the best of both their worlds. This vision
is invigorated by the newest generation of restaurateurs, their
sons Alex and Richard Molina.
