As we continue to streamline our program, partners receive the same pro-active customer service from our dedicated partnership team as always. New improvements to the program include an improved digital partnership platform (coming soon), simple pricing and streamlined application procedures, and new ways to engage with customers and each other.

Through a series of focus groups, we learned how to best adjust our membership model to better meet the needs of our tourism partners. By changing to a new partnership model, the PHLCVB is also addressing the changing environment of tourism to maximize member growth opportunities and increase overall retention.
Our objective is to provide you with value that meet your business needs and ensure we have specific benefits that help you along the way. Each partnership level is designed specifically for the type of business you own or operate. For example, Stay PHL is primarily for hotels and unique lodging and contain benefits that would only help that community. Whereas Discover PHL is mainly for businesses that are “Things to do” in Philadelphia like restaurants, attractions, tours etc. and therefore need a different level of value.
There are a number of ways you can pay for your partnership dues. You can mail us a check at 1601 Market Street, Suite 200, Philadelphia PA 19103. You can provide us with your credit card information over the phone by contacting the Finance department at 215-636-3401 or accountsreceivable@discoverphl.com. Lastly, you can pay online using your partnership portal by logging on here.
You can always feel free to contact the partnership department at partnership@discoverphl.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you with navigating your benefits. We also have an “Education and Resources” section in the partnership portal that contains video tutorials which can help you along the way.
You can update your listing online by accessing your partner portal. At the very tope of the portal you will see a section “Update my Listing” which will then take you to our IDSS platform where you can update all of your information from contacts to event venue specifications.
