Today, there are roughly 420,000 Hispanics representing over 20 cultural heritages living in and around Philadelphia. The Hispanic population is one of the fastest growing in the Greater Philadelphia region. Between 2000 and 2009 alone, the Hispanic population grew twice as quickly as that of non-Hispanics in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In Philadelphia, there are great restaurants, festivals, businesses and events that highlight the many Hispanic cultures.
PHL Diversity, represented by Greg DeShields, converses with Cid Wilson, President and CEO of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), an organization with the mission to advance the inclusion of Hispanics in Corporate America in areas of Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance.
