USA vs Canada U-20 Race Walk Match

• August 17, 2019
• Mid Atlantic was awarded the bid to host the USA vs Canada U-20 Race Walk Match. The event will be held in Philadelphia this coming August 17, 2019 on our Chamounix Drive course. For more information, please click here.

U.S. Women’s National Team Victory Tour Game

• August 29, 2019
• The U.S. Women’s National Team Victory Tour presented by Allstate will pit the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup Champions against Portugal on Thursday, August 29 at Lincoln Financial Field at 7 p.m. The match in Philadelphia will mark the fourth visit for the U.S. Women to Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles. The USWNT roster for the Victory Tour matches will feature all 23 of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup Champions.

National Lacrosse League Entry Draft

• September 17th, 2019
• The 2019 NLL Entry Draft returns to Xfinity Live! in Philadelphia for the second straight year, coinciding with the resurgence of the Philadelphia Wings, who were reincarnated to play in the National Lacrosse League as an expansion team prior to the 2018-19 season. This year will feature inaugural draft classes for both the New York Riptide and Rochester Knighthawks who will begin play during the 2019-20 season.

Overwatch Grand Finals

• September 29, 2019
• One of the larges Esports events is coming to Philadelphia this fall. The final two Overwatch teams will face off at the Wells Fargo Center in a first-to-four-map series. The winning team will take home USD $1,100,000 and the Overwatch League championship trophy!

Philadelphia Parks and Recreation’s Unity Cup

• Saturday October 12th,2019
• A World Cup-style tournament held over several months, the Philadelphia International Unity Cup unites the city’s neighborhoods and celebrates its diverse immigrant communities through soccer. The brainchild of Mayor Jim Kenney, the Unity Cup became an annual tradition after its massively successful inaugural year in 2016.

U.S. Open Squash Championships

• October 2019
• Drexel University will host the 2018 U.S. Open Squash Championships, the most prestigious squash tournament in the country at the newly renovated Daskalakis Athletic Center in downtown Philadelphia. Visit usopensquash.com for more details.

Army-Navy Cup

• Fall 2019
• Army-Navy Cup soccer will be returning to Talen Energy Stadium for the seventh consecutive year. In just a few short years, this match has become one of the highest attended collegiate soccer matches in the nation. Tickets for the 8th edition of Army-Navy Cup will be on sale later this summer.

US Rowing Annual Convention

• December 5th- 8th, 2019
• Mark your calendars now, as the USRowing Annual Convention is coming back to Philadelphia in 2019. Scheduled for December 5-8, the event will be held downtown at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel, just minutes from historic Boathouse Row.

120th Army-Navy Game presented by USAA
