Independence Visitor Center

As the official welcome center of the region and gateway to Independence National Historical Park, the Independence Visitor Center is the exclusive location to pick up free timed tickets to tour Independence Hall. Multilingual Visitor Services Representatives are available to assist with any trip-planning needs, including on-site ticketing for more than 100 tours and attractions. Stop in for other FREE amenities, including two theater experiences with unique and exciting films about Philadelphia, regional maps and brochures, public restrooms, cell phone charging stations and WiFi access. Open daily, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
City Hall Visitor Center
Philadelphia City Hall, Rm. 121 (Broad and Market streets)

Located in the true center of Philadelphia, the City Hall Visitor Center allows visitors to experience one of the city’s most iconic buildings. Knowledgeable Visitor Services Representatives offer visitor essentials including maps, brochures, souvenirs and trip itineraries and on-site ticketing to more than 100 tours and attractions. Tickets for interior and tower tours are available for purchase here or online. Open weekdays, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and select Saturdays, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
LOVE Park Visitor Center
16th Street and JFK Boulevard (LOVE Park)
A new addition to Philadelphia’s popular LOVE Park in Center City, the LOVE Park Visitor Center is located in a stand-alone kiosk adjacent to the historic Welcome Center building, which is currently under renovation. Services offered include visitor information, tickets for local attractions and museums, and gift shop merchandise. The LOVE Park Visitor Center is wheelchair accessible and is open daily, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
