Independence Visitor Center

At the Independence Visitor Center, visitors can consult helpful multilingual staff for free trip tips, buy tickets to 100+ tours and attractions, and grab memorable souvenirs.

LOVE Park Visitor Center

The LOVE Park Visitor Center is located in a stand-alone kiosk adjacent to the historic Welcome Center building. Services offered include visitor information, tickets for local attractions and museums, and gift shop merchandise.

City Hall Visitor Center

The City Hall Visitor Center, located in the East Portal of the nation’s largest municipal building, offers ticket sales and pickups for City Hall tours. These include interior tours and Tower Tours, which feature the city’s highest open-air observation deck.

Parkway Visitor Center

The Parkway Visitor Center on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway brings visitor resources and retail operations to the apron along the base of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This location offers apparel and memorabilia from The Sly Stallone Shop and an exclusive discount for tickets to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Philly Pride Visitor Center

Located at 1139 Locust Street, in the heart of the Gayborhood, the center invites guests to explore Philadelphia and the Commonwealth’s leading role in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights, through friendly and knowledgeable staff and an educating exhibit space.

Convention Center & Reading Terminal Market

Market Visitor Center

Located just inside Reading Terminal Market’s entrance on 12th & Filbert Streets, this location meets visitors in one of Philly’s most lively places for more than just cheesesteak recommendations. The Market Visitor Center was created in partnership with Visit PA to welcome visitors in 2026.
